Theologian and literary theorist. He was born in Budapest in 1986. He received his first Ph.D. degree (summa cum laude – 2017) from the Faculty of Humanities of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in literature. His dissertation was on the work of Péter Hajnóczy. He received his Licentiate of Sacred Theology (summa cum laude – 2017) from the Faculty of Theology of Pázmány Péter Catholic University (PPKE). Now he is a Ph.D. student at the same University (PPKE). He carried out research work in Belgium (K.U. Leuven) and in the U.K. (University of Oxford). He published his first book entitled Prophetic Counterparts in The Brothers Karamazov in 2015. He delivered a talk concerning his doctoral topic in 2016 at the conference of Harvard Divinity School (Cambridge/MA). Currently, he is a Visiting Research Fellow at Yale Divinity School.
His fields of research are: the theology of desire, theological hermeneutics and the relationship between deconstruction and constructive theology.

Teológus és irodalmár. 1986-ban született Budapesten. Első doktori fokozatát irodalomtudományból szerezte az ELTE BTK-n summa cum laude minősítéssel 2017-ben. A disszertációját Hajnóczy Péter poétikájáról írta. Teológiai licenciátusi fokozatát summa cum laude minősítéssel 2017-ben kapta meg a PPKE Hittudományi Karán. Jelenleg ugyanezen a Karon doktorál teológiából. Külföldi kutatómunkát Belgiumban (K.U. Leuven) és az Egyesült Királyságban (University of Oxford) végzett. 2015-ben jelent meg első könyve Prophetic Counterparts in The Brothers Karamazov címmel. 2016-ban teológiai doktori kutatási témájában előadott a Harvard Divinity School (Cambridge/MA) konferenciáján. Jelenleg vendégkutatói státusban a Yale Divinity Schoolban dolgozik.
Kutatási területe: a vágy teológiája, teológia hermeneutika, dekonstrukció és konstruktív teológia kapcsolata.
